I find that it can be hard to install a processor, these are a few tips I use.

I find that if the processor has bent pins you can use a led-pencil "with out led in it" to bend the pins back.

Applying thermal paste can be a pain, but if you use a gift card or old card to spreed the paste evenly it makes it much easyer.
