No new technology can be infused into a flight project unless it has reached a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of at least “TRL 6”. The Final New Technology Summary Report must be submitted earlier of completion of work under the funding agreement. The first Interim New Technology Summary Report must be due 12 months from the effective date of the effort. We shall submit completed summary reports and or disclosures of Invention and “New Technologies” to the concerned center funding the activity. If subcontractors have latest Items to disclose, they should follow the same reporting process as prime participants
